Joined System Hygiene in June 1997, my thirteenth year of service.

I am qualified in NVQ level 3 Team Leading, Train the Trainer and I am also a company first aider.

My main duties within the company are looking after incoming phone calls, taking sales orders and customer enquires whilst maintaining our excellent customer service levels. I also deal with the small number of customer problems we experience.

Joined System Hygiene in July 2008 and currently work as a Customer Service Supervisor.

I have a NVQ level 2 in Customer Service and I am currently working towards my level 3, helping me attain the high level of customer service we strive to achieve.

I enjoy working for the company, and enjoy building great relationships with my colleagues and the customers I help look after.

Joined System Hygiene in March 2009.

My current role within the company is Sales Order Processor. I am qualified in NVQ level 2 Business Administration.

My main daily roles are the entering of sales orders on the computer system, general administration tasks and I'm also currently being trained to operate the heat transfer press, within our work wear division.

Joined System Hygiene in January 2011 and I currently work as part of the Customer Service team. I am currently assisting in taking orders from our customers over the telephone and helping to process orders recieved via e-mail or through the fax machine.

I hope to be with the company for a long time helping to assist, and improve, current working systems and help the company to grow.

 

 

 

 

David SkinnerDavid Skinner

Joined System Hygiene in May 2011. My current role is that of sales support. I currently assist with all sales staff, ensuring all customers receive the best service available. I have nearly 50 years experience within the janitorial market, previously owning The Besglos Polish Company based in Burnley.

I aim to ensure our customer service team operates to the best of its ability, ensuring the customer receives the best information, help and service available. Hopefully my previous experience can be used as both a benefit to our staff and the company as a whole.  

 

 

 

 

Tracy GarganTracy Gargan

Joined System Hygiene in November 2011. I currently work as a sales order processor as part of the Customer Services Team. I currently enter all of the customer sales orders onto the computer before being processed.

I hope to progress through the company adding to my experience, gaining more responsibility and assisting my colleagues along the way.

 

 

 

Lee Hudston 2012Lee Hudston

Joined System Hygiene November 1997. I currently work as part of the Customer Services Team. My main duties include analysing problems and preventing any reoccurrence of them. Maximising sales opportunities and helping with any technical problems which may occur.

I began my career at System Hygiene initially operating as a delivery driver before moving into the warehouse working on order picking and goods inwards. After a number of years working in the warehouse I was given the opportunity to take on the role as warehouse supervisor.

Once the opportunity arose to further my career by moving into the office and helping manage the day to day sales, I was more than happy to accept and help with the overall smooth running of the company.
