I have operated as the General Manager for over 20 years and report to the company directors on a daily basis. I am responsible for over 55 members of staff and relay my instruction through a tier of managers specialising in their particular roles.

Joined System Hygiene in August 1986, initially as a YTS trainee, now currently the Sales Manager.
My first role within the company was that of a warehouse operative, and was, back then, one of only five people to work at the company. Over the years I have progressed and grown with the company, moving from the warehouse, to being a van driver, to sales person, and then to my current role as Sales Manager. I have worked in this position for the last five years and I have enjoyed being part of our past and continuing growth and development as one of the leading suppliers of cleaning, janitorial and safety products in the United Kingdom.

Joined System Hygiene in June 1997, the day after I finished my final exam at secondary school, and am currently employed as Assistant Operations Manager.
I am currently qualified at NVQ level 3 in Warehouse & Distribution (Logistics) and IOSH - Institution of Health and Safety. I initially joined the company as a warehouse operative on the modern apprenticeship scheme, as the company grew a position opened to manage the stock control side of things. I duly obliged and worked under Ian's tutelage for a few years, gaining a few staff working beside me along the way. I was then asked to assist Ian as he was promoted to position of Operations Manager. From here we now oversee the Operations, Buying, Health and Safety, Warehousing and Delivery Teams, and pretty much everything in between. I also currently work as webmaster to this website along with Phil Barrett.
