Mark Bibby

Joined System Hygiene in May 1995. After initially joining the company as part of the delivery team, I now work as an Area Sales Manager covering the Rochdale, Oldham and Yorkshire areas. I have also recently passed my NVQ level 2 in Cleaning & Support Services.

I began work at System Hygiene as a van driver, from there I progressed into the internal sales/ customer service department, and then, around seven years ago I moved in to field sales.

My main duties are maintaining existing business with my customers whilst developing new business and accounts. I thoroughly enjoy working at System Hygiene, and hope to continue progressing within the company during my time here.

Julie Parsons

Joined System Hygiene in November 2002.

My current role within the company is that of Area Sales Manager covering Pendle, Rossendale, Bury, Bolton, Wigan, St. Helens, Warrington, Skelmersdale, Merseyside and Staffordshire. Recently qualified in NVQ level 2 Cleaning & Support Services and IOSH - Institution of Occupational Safety and Health.

My main roles within the company involve meeting with customers and assisting with any enquiries, offering advice, solutions and training. I also help keep existing customers informed on new products, promotions and changes.

Darrel Young

Joined System Hygiene in November 1995.

I currently work as an Area Sales Manager covering the Fylde Coast, Preston and Lancaster.

I originally started work at System Hygiene as part of the delivery team, working as the Manchester van driver for 11 years, I then moved into field sales and have been an Area Sales Manager for the past four years. I am qualified at NVQ level 2 in Cleaning & Support Services.

My main duties as Area Sales Manager involve generating new business accounts whilst maintaining a high level of service with our existing accounts. Prior to working at System Hygiene, I manufactured detergents and other cleaning chemicals, so I now have over 20 years experience of the industry.

Pamela James

Joined System Hygiene in October 2001.

My current role within the company is the Sales Manager to the Education Division.

I am qualified in NVQ level 2 in Cleaning & Support Services and IOSH - Institution of Occupational Safety and Health. I cover all education establishments, schools, colleges and nurseries within the North of England. My main duties at System Hygiene are dealing with customer enquiries, producing customer quotations and advice on chemicals and other products. If any of my customers, both old and new, need any help or advice, I will always go out of my way to assist them.

I do spend the majority of my time within the office, but I am able to visit your site if required. I have been working with some of my customers for many years now and some have become like friends and family.

Donna Ashworth

Joined System Hygiene in October 2008 and I'm currently working as an Account Manager for the Education Division.

I help look after all nurseries, schools and colleges in the North West of England, alongside Pamela. Since the day I started I have been on a training course for something or other and have just finished my NVQ level 2 in Cleaning & Support Services, so what I don't know about cleaning a washroom isn't worth knowing about!

I am mainly office based, daily contacting caretakers, site supervisors, bursars and head teachers, answering questions and queries, generally offering support, and informing them of upcoming promotions and new products.

Paul Bentley

Joined System Hygiene in March 2009.

My current role within the company is that of Internal Sales Development, dealing with industrial based accounts and I also deal with any website enquires developing this business and maintaining and increasing sales.

I am qualified at NVQ level 2 in Cleaning & Support Services, and I am also Fire Warden and IOSH - Institution of Health and Safety trained.

Eddie Moore

Joined System Hygiene in March 2009, but have worked in the industry for 29 years.

My current role within the company is Area Sales Manager covering the whole of Burnley, Hyndburn and Blackburn. I am currently qualified with a Diploma of Education in Organic Chemistry, Science Foundation, R.I.P.H.H and NVQ level 2 in Cleaning & Support Services. My main roles are the generation of sales and customer liaison.

I am also System Hygiene's current floor care expert, offering advice and training on all aspects of floor maintenance and cleaning.

Alan Cleworth

Joined System Hygiene in January 2010, but I have over 20 years experience within the industry.

My current role is that of Area Sales Manager covering Manchester, Oldham, Cheshire and Warrington. I'm currently qualified in B.I.C.C.S.

My main duties are the generation and maintenance of new business within Manchester and its surrounding areas. I've only been with the company for a short period of time, but am enjoying my time here and long may it continue.

Gary Jones

Joined System Hygiene in June 2003 and currently work as a Area Sales Manager covering Lancashire, Cumbria, Manchester, Cheshire, Liverpool and the Wirral.

My main duties are to support our existing base of customers, providing special offers and new products, along with targeting new business opportunities within these areas. Previously I owned my own business called Care Company Northwest based in Blackpool, supplying mainly medical related products to nursing and residential homes, this was subsequently taken over by System Hygiene in 2003. From here we created the Care Homes Division within System Hygiene, offering professional help and advice on products and services.
