System Hygiene Catering Degreaser is a food safe degreaser that effectively removes grease, fat and oils from a variety of surfaces including cooker hoods, deep fat fryers, ovens, floors, utensils and walls. The product is ideal for use in food preparation areas due to its lack of odour.

How to Use
Dilute approximately 1 to 20 parts with water (250ml per 5ltr) for degreasing, or for lighter cleaning dilute approximately 1 to 75 parts with water (65ml per 5ltr). Spray or wipe diluted cleaner onto the desired surface, and leave for a few seconds. Wipe the dirt with a damp clean cloth, which then should be frequently rinsed in clean water. Vertical surfaces should always be cleaned from the bottom up to avoid unsightly streaking. When dry, the cleaned surfaces may be polished with a dry cloth.
Please Note: Never use the product neat and always rinse off.
