Evans Vanodine Descale Limescale Remover 5ltr

Description

Evans Descale is a highly concentrated formulation for removing limescale and associated soiling from all types of dish and glass washing machines. It may also be used for descaling other stainless steel catering equipment such as bain maries, boilers, tea and coffee urns.

How to Use

Dish and Glasswashing Machines: Switch off dosing pump. Fill the machine with clean water. Prepare a 5% soultion by pouring Evans Descale into the machine at a ratio of 2ltr per 40ltr capacity. Leave for around 2-3 minutes. Switch on the machine and circulate the solution for between 5-10 minutes. Drain the solution and refill with fresh water. Circulate the water for a further 3 minutes and drain. Air dry by leaving the machine door open. Switch on the dosing pumps.

Descaling Bain Maries, Boilers, Tea and Coffee Urns: Dilute 1:25 parts with warm water (200ml per 5ltr) or 1 cupful per 5ltr. Pour into the vessel and allow to soak for 5 minutes. Drain solution, scrub surface with a stiff brush. Rinse thoroughly with clean water. Descale on a regular basis to maintain efficiency of the machine and extend the life of the heating element.
