The Vikan 5670 2ltr handscoop is designed for use in any food or catering environment. Fully colour coded plastic for enhanced colour coding, designed to stop cross-contamination from occuring. This is a quality hand scoop with a shatterproof scraping edge. Fully molded and is lightweight and durable, with its one piece construction eliminating areas where dirt or bacteria may be harboured. The smooth surface makes it extremely easy to clean and is ideal for use in food production areas for moving food ingredients.
