Description
The Vikan 5673 hand shovel is designed for use in any food or catering environment. Fully colour coded plastic designed to stop cross-contamination from occuring. Ergonomically designed, durable and lightweight, the shovel compliments the Vikan 5628 and is intended for use in situations where it is more practical to use a blade with a short handle. The hand shovels are also excellent for measuring ingredient dosages and has the same droplet shaped design as the Vikan long handled shovels, therfore providing the same secure and comfortable grip. The hand shovel is equipped with a practical eye for hanging when not in use.
