Evans Vanodine Lift Unperfumed Heavy Duty Cleaner & Degreaser - 1000ltr

Evans Lift is a powerful multi purpose detergent developed for a wide range of cleaning applications in kitchens, food processing operations and general industry. Quickly removes grease and ingrained soil from a variety of hard surfaces, including cooker hoods, deep fat fryers, ovens, floors and walls.

How to Use:

General Cleaning: Dilute 1:250 parts water (20ml per 5ltr). Mop, wipe or spray surface.

Heavy Soiling & Grease: Dilute 1:50 parts water (100ml per 5ltr). Mop, wipe or spray surface.

For Cleaning Deep Fat Fryers: Switch off, drain out oil and remove oil deposits. Dilute 1:25 (400ml) (2cupsful) per 10ltr cold water in fryer. Submerge basket and utensils in solution and soak overnight. Rinse with clean water and allow to air dry.
