How to Use
Distribute granules evenly within the pack, by shaking gently. Locate the inner liquid pouch and squeeze firmly until it bursts. Shake the pack vigorously until cold. Do not apply directly to the skin, but wrap in a cloth, to prevent "ice-burn" from occurring.
